Music For Kinder provides a wealth of songs, movement, instruments, and rhythm games that engage and focus on children’s learning and growth. Music For Kinder is specifically designed to integrate in with and enhance your existing music program and is woven into the fabric of children’s everyday lives, making it so much more than an extracurricular incursion program.
Music For Kinder incorporates carefully chosen songs, rhymes, games and fingerplays that are perfectly tailored to children’s ages and stages of development.
All Music is performed Live and Interactive.

Music For Kinder aligns with Early Years Learning Framework and is built upon the principles of Kodaly, Orff Schulwerk and Dalcrose Philosophy, Techniques and Educational Principles.
All of our Music For Kinder Workshops are delivered by Tertiary quality musicians. We hand pick our Educators to ensure the most outstanding musical models, setting a great example for children to follow.

Our focus is on interacting with the children and nurturing their love for music.
Music For Kinder Workshops are child centered and all resources used are purposeful, age appropriate and designed to bring fun and joy to learning without over stimulating the children.

SONGS

Carefully selected songs that reflect everyday activities and routines.
Catchy songs that teach direction, parts of the body, opposites, participation, letters, numbers, colour, shapes and more!
Storytime songs included by popular authors such as Eric Carle and Dr Seuss.
Animation through play, puppetry, games and dance.

MOVEMENT

Children learn to copy actions, interpret sound and wiggle away.

INSTRUMENTS

Children play a variety of percussion instruments such as shakers, hand drums, bells and xylophone to name a few.
Children learn simple notation, time and rhythm.
